What's a Direct Support Professional?
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) helps adults with disabilities live a full, dignified day: joining activities, sharing meals, supporting routines, and simply being a steady, kind presence.
You don't always need prior experience, you need patience, reliability, and heart. We'll train the rest. If you've cared for a family member, volunteered, or just know you're good with people, you may be a natural fit.
