Founded by family. Led by a nurse. Built for adults.

We started My Choice for a simple reason: the adults we love deserve a day that is safe, active, and genuinely their own.

Our story

A place we wanted to exist, so we built it.

My Choice Adult Day Center was founded by Michael Marchetti, who saw first-hand how few options families have when an adult with autism or an intellectual disability needs a safe, engaging place during the day. Too often the choice is "stay home" or "settle." We wanted a third option.

So we built one in Kingston: a warm, well-run center where adults are treated as adults, cared for by people who know what they're doing, and where families can finally exhale. Our director of nursing, Ike, brings 30 years of experience to the floor every day, so the medical side is never an afterthought.

We're new, and proud of it. It means every detail, from the activities to the staff we hire, is chosen on purpose, for the people we serve.

Our promise to your family

The four things we will never compromise on.

Safety, first and always

Nurse-led oversight, careful supervision, trained staff, and a calm, secure environment. The basics, done seriously.

Dignity, not pity

We serve adults, and we treat them that way: with respect, real choices, and person-centered care. No aversives, ever.

Genuine enjoyment

A good day isn't just a safe one. We plan for friendship, laughter, and the small wins that make a day worth showing up for.

Partnership with you

You know your family member best. We listen, we report back, and we treat you as part of the care team.

The people you're really choosing.

When you choose a day center, you're trusting its people. Here's who leads ours.
