We reply to every inquiry within one business day.
If your family member is an adult who needs a safe, engaging place during the day, there's a good chance My Choice is a fit. We support adults who:
Care that looks after the whole person, the medical and the human, from drop-off to pick-up.
On-site nursing oversight, medication management, and careful attention to dietary and health needs throughout the day.
Art, music, games, gentle exercise, and life-skills sessions, planned around what each guest actually enjoys.
Freshly prepared meals and snacks, with allergies, textures, and preferences taken seriously every day.
Respectful help with daily routines and personal care, at the level of support each person needs.
Trips into the local community, parks, libraries, and local spots, so the day reaches beyond four walls.
The quiet, lasting benefit families notice most: real friendships and a place where your person belongs.
Predictable, gently paced, and full of small good moments. Here's a typical weekday.
A friendly greeting, a morning health check from our nurse, and a calm start with coffee and conversation.
Art, music, light movement, or a life-skills session, chosen with each guest's interests and goals in mind.
A freshly prepared, nutritious meal shared around the table, the social heart of the day.
A community outing or an afternoon of games, gardening, and friendship, with rest whenever it's needed.
A calm close to the day, a note home about how it went, and a safe hand-off back to family or transport.
My Choice was founded by a family who understands, and is led day to day by an experienced nurse.

For the first time, I can go to work and not spend the whole day worrying. I know exactly where my son is, and I know he's happy.
A guardianI like my friends here. We do art and we go out, and the nurse makes sure I take my medicine. I want to come every day.
