My Choice Adult Day Center is a nurse-led day program for adults (ages 18–59) with autism and other intellectual disabilities. A safe place to be active, make friends, and be genuinely well cared for, while you work or rest.

We reply to every inquiry within one business day.

  • Are 18 to 59 years old
  • Have autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or another intellectual or developmental disability
  • Benefit from supervision, structure, and companionship during the day

8:00 AM

Warm welcome & check-in

A friendly greeting, a morning health check from our nurse, and a calm start with coffee and conversation.

9:30 AM

Morning activities

Art, music, light movement, or a life-skills session, chosen with each guest's interests and goals in mind.

12:00 PM

Lunch together

A freshly prepared, nutritious meal shared around the table, the social heart of the day.

1:30 PM

Outings & afternoon fun

A community outing or an afternoon of games, gardening, and friendship, with rest whenever it's needed.

3:30 PM

Wind-down & safe send-off

A calm close to the day, a note home about how it went, and a safe hand-off back to family or transport.

Most families pay little or nothing out of pocket.

My Choice is designed to work with Pennsylvania Medicaid waivers and county-funded programs that cover adult day services, including:

  • The Adult Autism Waiver
  • The Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS), and Community Living waivers
  • County- and state-funded day programs (Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs, or ODP)
